Integration methodology

  1. 1. Discovery Workshop

    Application brief, material range, throughput target, spot-size envelope, and safety classification are captured before source power is recommended.

  2. 2. Beam Path Simulation

    Optics choices are modeled against focal stability, back-reflection risk, fiber core diameter, and enclosure geometry.

  3. 3. Bench Build

    The source, delivery fiber, collimator, scanner or cutting head are assembled for first-light checks on a controlled test bench.

  4. 4. Cell Integration

    Machine controller mapping, interlock chain, chiller behavior, fume extraction, and service access are reviewed at the equipment level.

  5. 5. FAT Acceptance

    Witness testing verifies power stability, beam profile, process coupon output, and operator handover documentation.

  6. 6. SAT On-Site

    Re-validation confirms that shipping, plant utilities, chiller settings, and production duty cycle have not shifted the source out of tolerance.
